We commit to identifying and challenging racist structures, behaviours and outcomes wherever we find them — in our own organisation, in our programmes, and in our influence across the wider industry, and we apply this standard to our trustees, staff and volunteers.

Music Support has a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, intimidation and sexual harassment. We are committed to being a safe and supportive environment for all, where bullying, harassment or sexual harassment in any form by or towards volunteers or staff is unacceptable. Music Support takes every concern seriously, no matter who reports it, or who’s being reported.
