Navigating Addiction Workshops

Home|Navigating Addiction Workshops

If you’re struggling with addiction, even the simplest parts of everyday life can feel overwhelming. Things that once felt manageable, like relationships, work and social events can become difficult to navigate.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. These workshops are designed to offer practical support, understanding and a space to breathe. Whether you’re at the beginning of your recovery or further along the journey, each session is here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and build tools that work in real life.

These psychoeducational sessions will be led by Norman Beecher, an Addiction Specialist, and Hannah Brinley, a Learning and Development Specialist. Each workshop lasts 2 hours and you’ll see the upcoming sessions listed below, simply register for as many as you’d like to attend. We also recommend that you consider joining our weekly Recovery Support Groups for additional peer support.

Because recovery isn’t easy and it can feel isolating – but, crucially, you don’t have to do it alone. These workshops offer understanding, practical support and a chance to build tools that can make day-to-day life feel more manageable. You’ll be alongside others who understand what it’s like so there’s no judgement here, just support.

Click the ‘register’ button on the session you’d like to attend and complete the short application form. A member of our team will review your application and be in touch with the next steps.
