Eric is an experienced senior executive having worked in the third sector for 15 years across the fields of mental health, addiction, education and youth social action.

In 2018 he joined Music Support from City Year UK, an education and youth social action charity where he was Programme Director. Prior to that he worked for Back Up Trust, a leading national charity supporting children and adults affected by spinal cord injury, where he led a CBT-based peer mentoring project working with colleagues in the NHS.

Prior to his career in the third sector, Eric worked as a musician, touring both in the UK and overseas
