Music Support's Be Well cards
We’re pleased to share that we are working on a special project to create a deck of cards featuring contributions from our supporters to gift to our music industry peers and beneficiaries.
The idea is to offer them thoughts and inspiration to help them to look after their wellbeing aka to ‘Be Well.’
We would love to invite you to be a part of this! All we need you to do is fill in the form below to answer one or both of the questions.
Please note that we will endeavour to feature as many of the contributions as possible but cannot guarantee that we will be able to use them all.
