Safe Hubs return to UK festivals for 2019

We’re delighted to announce that Music Support’s Safe Hubs will be back at some of the UK’s largest music festivals this year.

Our Safe Hubs are hosted backstage at festivals across the country to address particulate needs that can arise on tour and specifically in the festival environment.

Our hubs provide a safe space for artists or anyone working backstage to speak confidentially with a fully trained and qualified volunteer about anything they may be experiencing, or to seek advice about clinical signposting for themselves, their clients or friends.

The Safe Hubs are an alcohol and drug free environment where visitors can simply take a break from the mayhem for as long as they need or attend a 12 step recovery meeting.

This year you’ll be able to find our Safe Hubs at:

  • 14 - 16th June, Download Festival

  • 5 - 7th July, Wireless Festival (Outreach)

  • 5 - 14th July, British Summer Time

  • 18 - 21st July, Latitude Festival

  • 17th August, Elrow Town London (Outreach)

  • 23 - 25th August, Reading Festival

  • 23 - 25th August, Leeds Festival
